I left Annapurna Base Camp at 7:40, descending rapidly past Machapuchare Base Camp at 8:13, Deurali at 9:18, Himalaya Hotel at 10:13, Dovan at 11:00, to Bamboo at 11:45, where I stopped for a Coke and chocolate bar. I left Bamboo at 12:05, reached Upper Sinuwa at 13:15, Lower Sinuwa at 13:40, the Chomrong Khola at 14:05, and then brutally up a couple of thousand stone steps to the Himalayan View in Chomrong, arriving at 15:00. Phew!
